Job summary

Katchmark Construction, a Tecta America company, seeks a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead the service crew in inspecting, locating, and repairing leaks and defects across EPDM, PVC, TPO, and metal roof systems. You will oversee projects from start to finish with emphasis on craftsmanship.

Requirements include 5+ years of leadership on commercial roofing crews, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and strong client communication skills. Local travel up to one hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Must lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Able to work at various heights and weather conditions.
• Good communication with clients, supervisor and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems.
• Perform roof maintenance and repairs.
• Work per job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers.
• Manage roofing crew including paperwork and meetings; assist in training.

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Summary:

You will be the service crew's leader and responsible for investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systems
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 5+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• A valid driver's license
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.

• Technology savvy
• Sheet metal experience preferred
• Travel: Local; up to 1 hours away
