Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate commercial roofing crews on active job sites.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, built-up).
• Read and interpret blueprints, specs and project documents.
• Conduct daily crew meetings, safety briefings, and jobsite inspections.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards on site.
• Monitor schedules, productivity, materials use, and quality.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, subcontractors, and site logistics.
