Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial roofing experience required.
• Experience installing BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, coatings, tile, and metal roofs.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor roofing crews with hands-on guidance.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial roofing systems.
• Ensure proper installation and quality across BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, coatings, tile and metal roofs.
• Review blueprints and project specifications; keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Enforce safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, and complete daily reports.
