Qualifications

• Five+ years commercial roofing experience with a contractor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with roof installation of large retail facilities.
• Experience managing roofing crews and subcontractors.
• Experience with a wide range of commercial roofing systems and manufacturers.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam and/or construction project management.
• Read and understand specifications and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willing to be trained and use company software.
• Must be able to travel as required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to foremen—fostering safety, teamwork, and discipline.
• Maintain high-quality service and results on projects.
• Represent the company professionally with customers and staff.
• Manage all production aspects to meet goals.
• Supervise foremen and oversee subcontractors as needed.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure subcontractor compliance.
• Track labor hours and materials, and report appropriately.
• Coordinate, supervise, and manage subcontractors.
• Ensure installation quality and training needs are addressed.
• Engage with customers to review progress and satisfaction.
• Review plans, prepare safety and work plans, and communicate changes.
• Submit daily reports and paperwork on time.
• Investigate incidents and maintain documentation.
• Maintain project tracking tools and Salesforce data.
• Perform site take-offs and coordinate with Estimating.
