Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Jessup, MD is hiring a Roofing Production Foreman to lead a crew on commercial roofing projects. You will supervise 5–6 technicians, coordinate with the field supervisor, interact with customers and management, and ensure safety policy compliance.

Immediate interviews are available and the position offers premier benefits and year-round work. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Roof Repairs.
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Able to work weekends and/or Holidays, out of town travel and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Will lead and train a crew of 5 to 6 people with field applications.
• Work with the field supervisor to communicate with customers and management.
• Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring CentiMark safety policies are being followed.
