Job summary

Progressive Roofing in Clinton, MD is seeking an experienced Lead/Foreman for commercial roof projects, including leak repair, maintenance, and install work across built-up, single-ply, foam, coatings, tile, and metal roofs.

You will lead a crew, ensure safety and manufacturer specifications, manage jobsites, and coordinate with the superintendent. Valid driver’s license required; Spanish is optional.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Experience with multiple roof systems.
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead crew to complete roofing work safely and per manufacturer specifications.
• Enforce employee schedules and construction timelines.
• Keep superintendent updated on progress.
• Identify problems and ensure timely reports and records.
