Requires 3+ years in commercial/industrial roofing, knowledge of roofing types, ability to diagnose leaks, strong communication, valid driver's license. Competitive hourly rate $24-$35 based on experience; full-time with medical and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing.
• Understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications, willing to train.
• Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills a must
• Ability to communicate verbally and written
• Valid Driver's License is a must
• Centerpoint knowledge is a plus

• Be at the job every scheduled day
