Job summary

Verve Search Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Pool Project Manager to oversee aquatic and water feature projects in South Florida from planning through completion. The role requires coordination of schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, clients, and field operations to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction project management, with preferred experience in pool or water feature construction, strong scheduling

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Pool, aquatic, water feature, fountain, or related construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, subcontractor management, and project financials.
• Ability to read construction plans and technical specifications.
• Experience working directly with field crews.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Buildertrend or similar software preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial pool and aquatic construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with general contractors, developers, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
• Monitor job progress, costs, materials, and timelines.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain regular client communication.
• Coordinate purchasing, deliveries, permitting, and job-site logistics.
• Identify and resolve issues that could affect project cost, schedule, or quality.
• Ensure work meets applicable safety and building code requirements.
