Jenkins Plumbing Company, LC is seeking a dependable Top-Out Technician to assist with residential plumbing top-out installations and maintain efficient job sites. This hands-on role supports the crew, reads blueprints, and helps ensure quality work on schedule.

The position requires the ability to follow directions, stay organized, and work well with others in a fast-paced residential setting. Full-time hours with overtime as needed, plus benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Plumbing experience preferred, but all candidates will be considered.
• Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints.
• Ability to use basic plumbing tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with top-out plumbing installations on residential job sites.
• Follow blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings.
• Measure, cut, and install piping and plumbing components as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support the crew in meeting daily production goals and timelines.
• Identify and communicate any issues or material needs to supervisors.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and job site expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
