Job summary

Moore Mechanical is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead field operations on commercial plumbing projects in Metro Detroit. You will serve as on-site leader, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with the Commercial Plumbing Supervisor and Project Manager.

You will mentor apprentices and junior installers, manage material planning and crew productivity, and strive to develop future foremen within a culture of accountability and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing installation experience.
• Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred.
• Experience leading a crew of 4+ plumbers.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Proven leadership, communication, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on assigned plumbing projects.
• Assign work and direct crew activities on site.
