Responsibilities include supervising crews, managing daily on-site work per plans, maintaining safety and progress reports, and solving technical issues to protect timelines and budgets.

Formación

• Active State of Texas Plumbing License.
• Proven experience as a plumbing foreman with successful crew leadership.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, architectural layouts, and codes.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for project assignments outside the local area.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills for managing field logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and mentor field crews of plumbing professionals to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Manage daily execution of commercial plumbing installations in line with project plans.
• Coordinate complex daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to meet timelines and budgets.
• Maintain documentation of daily field reports and safety meetings for transparency.
• Resolve real-time technical and logistical issues on-site to prevent delays or hazards.
• Monitor material delivery schedules and coordinate equipment logistics to maximize workflow.
