Job summary

Accurate Mechanical in Chillicothe, OH is seeking a Plumbing Journeyman to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will lead apprentices, interpret blueprints, ensure code compliance, and troubleshoot complex issues to keep projects on schedule and safely delivered.

This role requires a valid Journeyman license and 3–5 years of experience; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman plumbing license or in process.
• 3–5 years of construction plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics/technical drawings.
• Physical ability for heavy labor and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing per blueprints and codes.
• Lead and train apprentices and helpers on site.
• Inspect systems for leaks and safety compliance.
• Coordinate plumbing with project managers and other trades.
• Maintain records of work, materials, and time.
