Job summary

Mountain Pro Painting in Durango, CO is seeking a Commercial Painting Crew Foreman to lead high-end residential and commercial projects. You will manage your crew on-site, ensure safety, quality prep, and a superior finish, while coordinating with the Production Manager.

The role requires 2-3+ years of professional painting and 2+ years in a leadership position, with strong communication and a valid driver’s license. Living in Summit County or willingness to relocate is a plus.

Qualifications

2-3+ years of professional commercial painting experience (interior, exterior, prep) preferred.
2+ years of leadership or foreman experience preferred.
Confident, clear communicator with strong crew management skills.
Strong planning and troubleshooting instincts.
English fluency; Spanish a bonus.
Valid driver's license; local to Summit County or willing to relocate to Breckenridge, CO.

Responsibilities
