Job summary

Mountain Pro Painting in Durango, CO is seeking a Commercial Painting Crew Foreman to lead high-end residential and commercial projects. You will manage your crew on-site, ensure safety, quality prep, and a superior finish, while coordinating with the Production Manager.

The role requires 2-3+ years of professional painting and 2+ years in a leadership position, with strong communication and a valid driver’s license. Living in Summit County or willingness to relocate is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of professional commercial painting experience (interior, exterior, prep) preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Confident, clear communicator with strong crew management skills.
• Strong planning and troubleshooting instincts.
• English fluency; Spanish a bonus.
• Valid driver's license; local to Summit County or willing to relocate to Breckenridge, CO.

Your Role

As a Painting Crew Foreman, you'll take the lead on job sitesmanaging your crew, making smart decisions, and delivering the kind of finish work that makes people say wow. You'll collaborate with our Production Manager and help build a culture of excellence on and off the ladder.

What We're Looking For
