Pmimanages is hiring a Lead Commercial Painter for our Camp Hill, PA site. The role leads a painting crew, ensuring high quality finishes on interior and exterior surfaces while meeting project timelines.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of painting experience, strong knowledge of techniques and safety standards, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This on-site position offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of painting experience.
• Knowledge of interior and exterior painting techniques, tools and materials.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily workflow of the painting crew and assign tasks to meet deadlines.
• Perform high-level painting, surface preparation and finishing with the team.
• Conduct final quality checks to ensure standards meet client specs.
• Enforce safety protocols and proper use of ladders, ventilation and disposals.
• Provide daily progress updates to the Division Manager.
• Train junior painters and prep staff on techniques and site cleanliness.
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and priming as needed.
• Apply paint, stain and finishes using brushes, rollers or spray equipment.
• Maintain and store tools and equipment after use.
