Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years as Lead Commercial Painter or similar role.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily workflow of the painting crew and meet deadlines.
• Perform high-level painting, surface prep, and finishing with the team.
• Conduct final quality walkthroughs to ensure work meets standards.
