Qualifications

• Strong discovery and ESI experience.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for developing and executing litigation strategy.
• Lead and manage discovery, including ESI.
• Draft and respond to motions.
• Maintain consistent and direct client communication.
• Participate actively in trials and arbitrations around the country.
