Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Landscape Superintendent to lead a field crew in executing landscape installations and upgrades on high-profile commercial properties. You will plan, schedule, and monitor tasks to meet contract specs, budgets, and client expectations, while maintaining safety and quality on every site.

Ideal candidates bring crew-management experience, strong client-service skills, the ability to read landscape plans, and proficiency with heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a crew on landscape installations or related services.
• Exceptional client-service skills with ownership mindset.
• Able to read landscape plans and layout plantings.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, plan, schedule, and implement tasks of a field crew to meet contract specs, budgets, and client expectations.
• Supervise landscape installation/construction activities and ensure safety and quality on all sites.
• Assist Account Manager with enhancing landscapes by offering additional services.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers and other employees as needed.
• Interact regularly with Yellowstone Landscape clientele through verbal and written communications.
• Monitor landscape health and care needs on assigned properties.
