Job summary

GreenScape is hiring for an Landscaping Install Crew member in Durham, NC. You will start early, join a foreman and a crew to deliver quality landscapes and hardscapes on diverse sites.

You’ll work outdoors year round, follow instructions, and collaborate with teammates to load tools, install sod and mulch, plantings, and maintain sites. Safety, reliability, and a willingness to learn horticulture are essential.

Qualifications

• Outdoor work year-round with a focus on safety and reliability.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willing to learn horticulture and follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
• Capable of working independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time and ready.
• Have an excellent attitude and be willing to learn
• Works well with team in a respectful manner
• Assists in properly loading tools and equipment as directed
• Maintains a neat and safe work site
• Maintains equipment and vehicles, removes debris dirt, and materials from cab and bed.
• Digging, planting, raking, watering and cleanup of landscapes
• Install plantings and lawns
• Load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from truck
• Installing sod and mulch
• Able to perform other tasks as assigned
