Qualifications

• Landscape/Lawn Maintenance experience.
• Experience managing a crew preferred.
• Keen eye for detail, organized, and great attitude.
• Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.
• Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on managing a commercial landscape/lawn maintenance crew in field operations.
• Weekly lawn maintenance of dedicated route.
• Mulching, plant and flower install, and weeding flowerbeds.
• Trimming bushes and/or trees to maintain neat appearance and desired shape.
• Shoveling/plowing and clearing icy exterior walkways and parking lots during wintry weather.
• Inspect exterior of each property and grounds.
• Safely operate/maintain equipment and tools (gas-powered equipment).
• Complete site inspections and enter crew time/materials into the work order system.
