tdgFacilities in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a full-time all-year Commercial Landscape Crew Foreman to lead a crew on a major retail client project. The role emphasizes attention to detail, a great attitude, and excellence in managing landscape tasks.

Pay is $20 to $22 per hour, with a Monday–Friday 7am–4pm schedule. Candidates should be able to perform outdoors in varying weather and pass background/drug checks.

Qualifications

• Landscape/Lawn maintenance experience.
• Experience managing a crew preferred.
• Keen eye for detail, organized, and great attitude.
• Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.
• Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on managing a commercial landscape/lawn maintenance crew in their weekly lawn maintenance route, mulching, plant/flower install, weeding, trimming, and weather-related prep.
• Inspect exterior of each property and grounds.
• Safely operate and maintain equipment including gas-powered tools.
• Record crew time and materials via the work order system with a phone/tablet.
• Handle other tasks as assigned.
