Job summary

Bonitz, Inc. is seeking a full-time commercial installer in Raleigh, NC to lead project implementations and build long-term relationships with general contractors, architects, designers, owners, and end users.

You will install flooring, walls, ceilings, and cladding systems, read blueprints, manage safety, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality workmanship across multiple projects. Candidates should have strong communication, time management, attention to detail, and

Responsibilities

Load and unload of materials
Installation of flooring, drywall, cladding systems
Maintaining equipment and tools. Job site clean- up.
Complete pre‑work for installation, may include leveling floor, floor removal, moving furniture, etc.
Use common hand tool such as saws, finish nails, utility knives, etc.
Installer’s will have to interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner
Responsible to properly handle company machinery and power tool’s
Installers will be responsible to review each work order
Installers are responsible for each project they are working on and the quality of the work completed
