Job summary

Mechanical & Plumbing Systems, LLC., a member of the AIR Control Concepts family, seeks a Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Houston, TX. You will lead service execution across the full equipment lifecycle, mentor technicians, and help build the service division while hands-on in the field.

You’ll work with VRF systems, rooftops, and packaged equipment, prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction, with a clear path to Service Manager as the department grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor technicians in a field setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead service execution across equipment lifecycle, from startup to maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on commercial HVAC systems.
