Job summary

Tech24 is seeking a Lead Installer – HVAC & Refrigeration in Baton Rouge, LA to lead installations from start to finish. The role requires hands-on experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration, travel across the region, and strong leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints and diagrams, have mechanical/electrical knowledge, and possess a clean driving record with EPA certification preferred. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on installation experience in HVAC and refrigeration.
• Experience leading installation projects and coordinating teams.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specs.
• EPA Universal certification preferred/required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel regionally for installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform HVAC and refrigeration installations from start to finish.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specs.
• Diagnose and resolve field installation issues.
• Coordinate work of other technicians on projects.
• Maintain documentation of labor, materials, and progress.
• Travel to customer locations regionally as needed.
• Represent Tech24 professionally at customer sites.
