Job summary

Schwickert’s Tecta America in Lawrence, KS seeks a Commercial HVAC-R Service Lead to launch and grow our service presence in the area. You will perform service, maintenance and repairs, manage service agreements, and build relationships with commercial customers.

Starting pay is $38-$50 per hour with up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Leadership duties will grow as the business expands, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial HVAC-R service experience.
• EPA Certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Strong administrative and invoicing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial HVAC-R service, maintenance and repairs.
• Sell and manage Planned Service Agreements with commercial customers.
• Prepare reports, invoicing, and track service activity.
• Communicate with project managers, coordinators and leadership.
• Help grow customer base in Lawrence, KS and region.
• Collaborate on staffing as the business expands.
