Job summary

H. B. McClure Company, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead large-field crews on commercial HVAC and plumbing projects.

You will own jobsite planning, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely execution while maintaining quality standards. You will mentor junior foremen, communicate with general contractors and stakeholders, and drive safety and performance on-site. A Journeyman/Master license and OSHA 30 are preferred, with a clean driving record and pre-employment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years of commercial HVAC and plumbing experience.
• 3+ years of crew leadership experience.
• Journeyman or Master license (Plumbing or HVAC) preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong planning, scheduling and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, cut sheets, and technical specs.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to build strong jobsite relationships.
• PA driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pre-hire physical, criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead the layout and installation of HVAC and plumbing systems on large commercial projects.
• Coordinate crews, deliveries, and equipment to maintain schedule and production targets.
• Manage project execution, production goals and quality standards with minimal oversight.
• Direct communication with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Perform material takeoffs and contribute to cost projections.
• Complete daily reports, safety huddles, goal tracking and jobsite documentation.
• Mentor junior foremen and technicians to foster safety and excellence.
