Qualifications

• 7 years of proven experience in commercial HVAC installation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and standards.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing installation teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and installation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial HVAC installation projects from initiation to completion, within timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate daily activities of installation teams, assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify safety, specs and policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Provide training and feedback to technicians to build skills and teamwork.
