Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Installs new Heating and Air Conditioning systems per specs and manufacturer guidelines.
• Protects customer property during installation or service.
• Removes old equipment and cleans work areas after installation.
• Maintains high levels of customer service while promoting products and services.
• Supervises Install Helper to ensure quality and timely completions.
• Coaches and trains others on company policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
