Randstad USA is seeking an Electrician in Monroe, NC to lead a small crew on commercial/industrial sites. You will install wiring and lighting, read electrical drawings, and coordinate updates with the Project Manager while ensuring safety and quality.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, timely communication, and adherence to job schedules. The position requires 2–7 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and personal hand tools, with a High School diploma as the baseline education.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years commercial/industrial experience (License preferred)
• Blueprint reading skills
• Valid driver’s license & own hand tools

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality installations, maintaining safety standards, and communicating effectively with the Project Manager and other trades.
• Install and connect wiring, conduit, panels, and lighting systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Coordinate material needs and project updates with the Project Manager.
