Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Electrician in Monroe, NC to lead a small crew on commercial/industrial sites. You will install wiring and lighting, read electrical drawings, and coordinate updates with the Project Manager while ensuring safety and quality.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, timely communication, and adherence to job schedules. The position requires 2–7 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and personal hand tools, with a High School diploma as the baseline education.

Seeking a sharp Electrician to run a small crew on commercial/industrial sites. You'll lead by example, keep jobs on schedule, and train apprentices.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams

• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

What You Bring

• Licensed Electrician or 2–7 years of commercial/industrial experience
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Ability to read electrical drawings and lead a small crew
• Safety awareness and professionalism
• Personal tools per company policy

Essential functions of this role include
