Randstad USA seeks an Electrician Supervisor to lead field crews on local projects in Monroe, NC. The role requires proven experience running crews, reading blueprints, and maintaining NEC and OSHA safety standards on site.

The position offers a competitive salary ($95,000–$105,000 per year) and a first shift from 7 AM to 4 PM. A high school diploma is required, with active Journeyman or Master license preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License (required).
• 5+ years of commercial, industrial, or residential electrical experience.
• 1–2+ years of supervisory or crew-lead experience.
• Knowledge of NEC and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct, assign, and inspect the daily work of journeymen and apprentice electricians.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specs to schedule labor and track materials.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and site safety protocols; conduct daily toolbox talks.
• Inspect conduit layout, wiring, and panel terminations for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and project managers to resolve site conflicts.
