Latitudeinc is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead multiple commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

The role requires coordinating with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams, leading project meetings, monitoring progress, and addressing risks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial electrical construction projects.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Strong client relationship management and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial electrical construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, address risks, delays, and cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Support estimating during bid and preconstruction as needed.
