Job summary

PorterMatt Electric Inc. is seeking a skilled leader to drive commercial electrical construction projects. Based in Anaheim, CA, you will oversee work across California, Nevada, and Arizona, coordinating with managers, contractors, and field crews.

You will travel up to 50% of the time, supervise crews of 2–25 electricians, read electrical drawings, and ensure safety standards and schedules are met. The role offers strong career growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial electrical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and electrical drawings.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities in field crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial electrical construction projects across California, Nevada, and Arizona.
• Travel approximately 50% as project demands require.
• Supervise and mentor crews of 2 to 25 electricians.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Order materials and manage labor requirements.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures.
• Lead projects including diverse commercial construction activities.
