Job summary

Yellowstone Local is representing Laws Electric, a leading commercial electrical contractor in West Michigan. The Foreman will own and supervise multiple commercial electrical projects, reading blueprints, coordinating crews, and ensuring on-time completion with safety and quality.

The role emphasizes real ownership of projects, leadership of journeymen and apprentices, and strong collaboration with management to maintain schedules and field productivity.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license required.
• Experience leading a crew on commercial electrical projects.
• Strong ability to read electrical blueprints and project documentation.
• Proven capacity to plan manpower, materials, and daily field activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial electrical projects in the field from plans through completion.
• Supervise journeyman electricians and apprentices.
• Plan daily/weekly field activities to hit project schedules.
• Coordinate with management and stakeholders on active construction sites.
• Train and develop electricians while maintaining productivity and safety.
