Hatteras Capital Advisors is seeking a hands-on Commercial Drywall Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, financial management, and execution of commercial drywall and interior systems projects. You will work with customers, general contractors, field leadership, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, on-schedule delivery, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred in CM/Engineering/Business.
• 3+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Experience with drywall, metal framing, ceilings and interior systems.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and job costing knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead project inception, procurement, and budget development.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field leadership.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Monitor cost performance, billing, and cash flow throughout the project.
• Prepare change orders, subcontracts, and procurement documents.
• Communicate status and risk to stakeholders and customers.
