Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking an Installation Lead to oversee field installation of commercial doors, frames, and hardware. You will supervise D8 Installers, monitor material flow, and ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include 2–3 years in commercial door hardware, strong English communication, and the ability to lift 120 pounds. A clean driving record and background check are required; COVID-19 vaccination is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with doors, frames and hardware products in commercial settings.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• COVID-19 vaccination strongly preferred due to job-site/Contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field installation of assigned projects and supervise D8 Installers.
• Monitor material flow in the field and assure quality and accuracy.
• Assist with production scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and safe work practices.
• Drive to job sites and ensure installations meet customer satisfaction.
