Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Life Sciences consulting leader to drive end-to-end content strategy, technology modernization, and executive client leadership. You will guide transformation programs across pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients, shaping AI-enabled workflows and integrated architectures with Veeva Vault, AEM, CRM, and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Life Sciences consulting, commercial operations, technology, or digital transformation.
• Minimum of 8 years leading enterprise transformation programs for pharma/biotech/med-device organizations.
• Minimum of 5 years knowledge of commercial content lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, AEM, DAM, CRM, or related platforms.
• Minimum of 8 years leading solution architecture across integrated platforms and managing large, distributed teams.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with executive communication, client relationships, and business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering; if Associate’s, 8+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive workshops, transformation strategy, roadmaps, and relationship growth across life sciences clients.
• Define strategies for content supply chain, modular authoring, DAM, MLR review, and omnichannel distribution.
• Design integrated architectures connecting Veeva Vault products, CRM, AEM, and analytics platforms.
• Shape AI-enabled solutions for planning, authoring, tagging, QA, and marketer workflows.
• Direct global delivery of complex programs, including data migration and governance.
• Build and mentor multidisciplinary, distributed teams across functions.
• Grow the practice through proposals, staffing, offerings, and reference architectures.
• Develop ecosystem with alliances and cross-team collaboration; mentor future leaders.
