Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Experience working for a General Contractor.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and safety practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project scheduling software.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
