Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing project schedules, site logistics, and trade productivity.
• Strong leadership ability to hold subcontractors accountable and resolve field challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all daily on-site construction activities, field crews, and subcontractors.
• Preside over weekly subcontractor coordination meetings to maintain schedule alignment.
• Issue notices of non-compliance to hold subcontractors accountable for quality and timeline targets.
• Inspect work daily to verify installations match project plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Coordinate site deliveries, trade sequencing, and municipal inspections to prevent delays.
• Maintain daily written logs, track RFIs, and submit field status reports.
