Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide field supervision and ensure safety, administration, schedule, and quality control on site.
• Coordinate with project team and subs; lead meetings and manage subcontractor progress.
• Plan, schedule, inspect and supervise all site work and maintain field docs and daily reports.
• Develop short-term schedules, manage manpower and equipment resources.
• Ensure project stays within time and budget constraints and coordinate permits/inspections.
