Confidential Jobs in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to own field operations from pre-construction through closeout. You will oversee daily site activities, coordinate subs and inspections, and ensure safety and QA/QC across commercial projects.

The role requires at least 5 years of superintendent experience on commercial projects, including ground-up work and renovations.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
Experience with ground-up construction, renovations, additions, and site development.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing, safety, and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

Manage all daily construction activities on assigned jobsites.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, equipment, and inspections.
Develop and maintain project schedules and short-term look-ahead schedules.
Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
Maintain jobsite safety and enforce OSHA and company requirements.
Monitor workmanship, materials, and overall project quality.
Coordinate construction layout, surveying, and required inspections.
Lead subcontractor and project coordination meetings.
Identify potential issues early and work with Project Management to resolve them.
Maintain daily reports, safety documentation, progress photos, as-builts, and inspection records.
Manage punch-list activities, final inspections, and project closeout.
Build strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
