Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or Engineering).
• 3+ years preconstruction phase management or 5+ years construction management experience.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of managers and analysts to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Delegates work and assignments based on expertise, experience, and time constraints.
• Leads interdepartmental teams to complete projects on time, to specifications, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Outlines tasks involved in projects and delegates accordingly.
• Conducts cost analysis and estimates for project costs.
• Prepares and implements project budgets.
• Assesses risks and provides mitigation recommendations to management.
