Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of managers and analysts to ensure on-time project delivery and specifications.
• Delegate work to team members based on expertise and time constraints.
• Lead interdepartmental team to complete projects accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare budgets based on estimates.
• Mitigate risks and communicate issues to management with recommendations.
• Act as liaison between company, customers and vendors.
