Job summary

Dudonis Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a major commercial build in Glassboro, NJ. From pre-construction through closeout, you will guide schedules, budgets, and teams across a geographically distant site, ensuring timely, quality delivery and strong client relations.

This role requires proven leadership, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of construction contracts and cost control. Travel to the Glassboro site is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of construction PM experience on commercial projects.
• Ability to manage large, complex projects and budgets.
• Proficiency with Procore, JobTread, BuilderTrend or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of a large commercial construction project, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance.
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Review and approve submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contract requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software.
• Provide leadership and direction to field teams and support staff.
