Job summary

Kelley Construction, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead complex building projects in The Colony, TX. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

A Bachelor's in Construction Management and five years’ PM experience are required, with proficiency in Procore, Timberline, and Primavera P6. This full-time, first-shift role may involve some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Five years of experience leading construction projects as a Project Manager, ideally in healthcare construction.
• Experience with construction budgeting, cost estimates, and project buyout.
• Proficiency with PM software such as Procore, Timberline, and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Provide management oversight for all phases of construction programs and projects, including cost estimates and subcontractor selection.
• Coordinate Kelley staff and subcontractors; manage client and regulator relationships.
• Develop, review plans and specs; ensure work proceeds on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare budgets, cost estimates, bids and progress reports.
• Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures.
