Job summary

Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the construction phase of commercial projects in Sacramento, CA.

You will report to the Senior Project Manager and the Director of Construction, directing a team to deliver on time and to specifications. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and several years of PM or preconstruction experience; proficiency with Procore and MS Office is preferred; PMP or PgMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., CS, business, or engineering)
• 3+ years preconstruction phase management OR 5+ years construction management experience
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or equivalent is desirable
• Experience with commercial construction and project coordination

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of managers and analysts to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications
• Delegates work based on expertise, experience, and time constraints
• Leads interdepartmental teams to complete projects accurately, on time, and efficiently
• Outlines tasks and assigns accordingly
• Conducts cost analysis and estimates expected costs
• Prepares and implements budgets based on estimates
• Performs risk assessments and recommends mitigations
• Acts as liaison between company, customers, and vendors
• Collaborates with sales/marketing to promote and sell projects
• Ensures compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices
• Performs other related duties as assigned
