Dreams 2 Reality Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager in the Miami area to oversee multiple projects from turnover to closeout.

The role requires organizing schedules, budgets, and coordination with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Procore, MS Project, and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum five years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from turnover through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, permitting, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project turnover and review plans, specs, schedules, and contracts.
• Develop and monitor project schedules with field teams; track deadlines and reports.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, owner billing, and cost control reporting.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, scope development, and vendor management.
• Handle change orders, PCO log, and documentation for approvals.
• Coordinate permits, RFIs, submittals, and construction documents.
• Perform regular jobsite inspections and communicate with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify schedule, cost, quality, and coordination issues.
• Oversee closeout activities, manuals, archiving, and final sign-off.
• Coordinate multiple projects without direct-report supervision.
