• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing healthcare, federal, institutional, industrial, or large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, procurement, and cost control processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to completion, overseeing all phases from award to final delivery.
• Drive project execution by coordinating subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Build strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers.
• Promote quality and safety excellence by reviewing documentation, inspecting sites, and ensuring compliance with codes and OSHA requirements.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and field personnel to grow future leaders.
