gpac in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The role suits seasoned PMs or strong Assistant PMs ready to advance.

You will coordinate with owners, subcontractors, architects and internal teams, manage schedules and budgets, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused environment with a portfolio of varied projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain project schedules.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Experienced APMs with the skills and experience to step into a Project Manager role are encouraged to apply.
