The Commercial Carpenter position in Kansas City, KS focuses on skilled installation of metal stud framing, drywall, and ACT systems on commercial sites. You will read blueprints, plan layouts, and supervise crew performance to meet schedules.

We seek leaders with strong safety practices, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with foremen, project managers, and other trades to deliver high-quality work on time.

Formación

• 4+ years of interior and exterior metal stud framing.
• 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role preferred.
• Strong experience with metal stud framing, drywall systems, and ACT.
• Ability to read plans and manage layout independently.
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage production schedules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Install metal stud framing, drywall, and ACT per plans.
• Read blueprints, layouts, and project documents.
• Lead, manage, and develop field crews on site.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trades.
• Track labor productivity and adjust crews as needed.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite environment.
• Plan daily and weekly work to meet project schedules.
